Open a Ticket – Get Support to Recover Lost Sales
This section is used to create a support ticket in case the user is facing any issue to recover lost sales:
- It is a store selection dropdown for which the user wants to create a support ticket
- It is the Subject of the issue for the support ticket
- It is the detail about the issue the user is facing so the support person can guide you appropriately
- This will create a support ticket for the user and intimate the support personnel.
