Open a Ticket – Get Support to Recover Lost Sales

This section is used to create a support ticket in case the user is facing any issue to recover lost sales:

  1. It is a store selection dropdown for which the user wants to create a support ticket
  2. It is the Subject of the issue for the support ticket
  3. It is the detail about the issue the user is facing so the support person can guide you appropriately
  4. This will create a support ticket for the user and intimate the support personnel.
